Our Sara-Niger tote is made from waxed cotton sourced from Niamey, Niger. As an extension of our vision of women empowering women, we are collaborating with Sara-Niger, a vocational school and community center providing essential support services for marginalized and vulnerable women, including internally displaced refugees. All sale items are final and non-refundable. Please note, custom orders are non-refundable as they are cut and made specifically for you. We do our very best to provide quality products you will love. We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your merchandise and we will be happy to find a solution. We will replace, mend or return for a full refund. Please return all items in new condition, unused or damaged within 14 days with a recommended tracking #.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling fees and customer is responsible for re-shipping fees. Please make all Returns to address below *only after you have been given return instructions through email. Thank You!
